Jovanna Selvaggi is a hands-on data and AI systems leader focused on scalable infrastructure, machine learning, and software engineering. She has built and led teams delivering document intelligence, image processing, predictive modeling, and platform architecture in production environments.
She has held senior leadership roles at Glance Networks, Gateless, and Kinstak, connecting deep technical judgment with practical delivery so AI systems ship, scale, and create measurable business value.

Matt
Partner • Software Architecture & Systems
Matthew Krajewski is a software architect and systems engineer with over 25 years building complex, scalable platforms across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise environments. He leads architecture and delivery for backend systems using Go, Node.js, Python, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure.
His work spans microservice design, large-scale data platforms, and engineering leadership at Kinstak, Glance Networks, and IBM. Matt has mentored teams across technical and operational roles, including as CEO of a software subsidiary in Japan, and is known for turning business constraints into maintainable systems.
